Lauren Van Slyke | Halo Machine

Lauren Van Slyke ( @law_ren_v ) is a Construction Project Manager for a general contracting firm. Working specifically on the renovations of spaces at Navy bases and historic government properties, she oversees these projects from estimate to finish. In other words, she pretty much solves problems all day, then solves new problems, then solves more. For her, the satisfaction comes from combining critical thinking and craftsmanship and having a building to show for it. However, these spaces are never seen by the public because they are mostly top secret. So maybe everything she said is just a cover up?
